My guess is right.
Only one mm opens that late until mm in title shows up, actually 3:30 am. Two available after 3:30 AM.
But then some claims to open 24 hrs, haha.

推舉一個主席／搞手，征收掃雷隊員，隊員要交隊費＄10。隊員可以自動或詢眾要求去新檔掃雷，出動前可以要求車馬費補貼＄20，但係一定要有報告，否則回水。有報告，再貼補＄10。可以掉頭走，報告唔可以冇。

整佢一，兩單，個體戶一定會 "獨善其身"!
