Speed Limiter for European Cars as of 2022

This is BAD news for exotic car lovers.  You pay for the power and speed but you are NOT allowed to drive at those speeds.  GPS is used/built in to ensure that you comply with the local speed limits although the driver can TEMPORARILY over-ride the speed limiter.

This will come into effect in 2022.  So, all you speed lovers have about 4 more years to indulge yourselves        .

By 2022, I guess you can get speed satisfaction only via TV games!
