Hooking a Chic between 18~22 of age?

In SouthEastAsia, say Thai, Philippines, HK and China, excluding Korea, Japan & Singpore, it is very common and those Chic considered as old and very mature. This kind of age of a woman even became mother already.
As most of us came from China or Hk or Macau. Our sense to this act are normal/usual.

In Canada, should people at this age both boy/girl be in school?
Especially those under 20 whom are so immature!

As a Canadian, lived here 30 years already, I felt uncomfortable of hooking a Chic as young as 18.

In here means fishing a "Chic". An immature, innocent "Chic".

Canadian 18 years old = Asian 16 years old in terms of maturity

Us here, kind of father's age. Feel not right even "think" or "intent" to lure her to date then end up on bed.

It depends on the location.
It's common in China. You won't feel odd if you are there.

We were all born 150 years too late.

During those times, the parents will arrange a marriage - a young bride of about 13, when you had your first wet dream.  When you grow older & become financially independent, you arrange yur own concubines - as many as you can afford.  (Just imagine the hunting expenses which we can save!    )
