Location Location Location...

to all business.. Location is the key to success...

interesting to see how business shifted over the years..

I am more a Scarborough and Markham person..

years ago.. used to be lots of shop around scar. town's condos.. now they are almost all gone..

then of course.. T&T on Kennedy was a prime spot... and most have gone Warden now..

there was a brief time that Birchmont has some shops too and i believe no longer

I am certainly not familiar with North York.. i guess it is far for me ..and parking is certainly a problem..

once area I guess is still prime.. area across Fairview..

There is NY and there is NY.

NY at fairview mall area GOOD, NY at Y/F NO GOOD if you are driving.

Markham at the Warden/7 or NEW DOWNTOWN Markham is booming due to new highrises. But parking near Hilton sucks, paid meter.

There are also reasonable hotels in Markham and Richmond Hill area too. Easy parking, no buzz code, no security.

Free parking is always nice, but sometimes you just have to pay and suck it up.

As for location being too far, there are many people who drive from Mississauga to hunt, consider yourself the lucky one.

I cannot help it if one wants to live in Mississippi to save on house costs or closer to work.

I only interested in my CONVENIENCE to hunt, less time the better , less money the better, younger, prettier and nicer figure the better. Haha.

I LOVE Markham.

haha..so.. if u live in Markham and one day your wife ask to move to Mississaga... be careful.. maybe she smell something... lol
