Actually that assessment is spot on. If you look at their website, each profile uses the same generic descriptions, sometimes with a tiny bit of adjustment, sometimes copy and pasted word for word. Its obvious whoever updates the ads doesn't even know, nor need to know, anything about the actual MM to fabricate a profile.

The keeper probably just says to his assistant: Okay we have a new girl, lets call her Apple, and we'll place her in North York. Go put a new profile up on the website for her. She's Korean and roughly 1.65m in height, you can make up the rest.

建議你不用再給keeper任何建議. 你以為這些簡單的idea他們自己想不到嗎? 你太底估他們了. 他們不是想不到而是不想做. 二三流的店都習慣用假照因為低價市場蠢狼比有腦等狼多, 用假照合乎商業利益.

说白了 真的是蠢狼多，骗不到的话也就不放假照片了

That is not a advisable. For one thing you are wasting your money, but worse of all you are encouraging bad keepers to continue scamming us by showing them that false advertising works.
