e-transfer scam on Leolist

This afternoon I went to see a MM from leolist. When I arrived the motel and asked for the room number, she made me waited for 15 minutes and then she told me she was at the second floor. When I asked the room number again, she wanted me to e-transfer to her first because she was hurt before.
I told her I won't do e-transfer and she should have told me in the very beginning, she was wasting my time.

No need to disclose the name. It just gives bros a false sense of security in thinking they know which "bad" ones to avoid, hence others are likely to be "good". These MMs operate under multiple names and constantly post new ads with completely different photos (fake obviously) and descriptions, so knowing the name will not help you to know who to avoid anyways.

Just avoid hunting from shitty unreliable advertising boards such as Leolist. That is a better strategy instead.

In this case, the person on the other end of the line may likely not even be a MM nor even physically at that hotel. In all likelihood, its just a money scam.

I don't think they care at all about wasting your time. Scammers are all the same, this is just the western equivalent of those iTune card scammers on Wechat.

Much wiser to stick with well reviewed MMs than to keep getting burned while trying to find hidden gems at bargain prices on sketchy sites.

How is the name going to help you know who to avoid? Except for a few big agencies, the rest of them go by different names and changing new names all the time. This is especially common for Chinese MMs. They change names so often that they don't remember their own names. Not to mention that they all use the same small set of short common names like Amy, Lisa, Joey, etc that any given name is used by dozens of different MMs.

If you hear about someone getting robbed while walking down a dark alley at night, the lesson should be, don't walk down any dark alleys at night. Trying to find out which specific dark alley to avoid is stupid.

True, but only reputable agencies that are well reviewed and established for a period of time.

Because there's always new agencies popping up that claim to be the biggest and the best with all the hottest girls. After all its so easy to create a new website to say anything they want. All it takes is a few hundred dollars investment. And Wechat / Twitter accounts are free!
