Grow Pot in own house - one plant only

Not a pot smoker.
Did see friend's house with pot growing under Sun Lamp with aluminum foil to reflect the light for more energy to the plant.

With the new rule allowing sale of pot for recreational purpose come July 1, 2018, will this be legal ?

not legal for sure. but i am also pretty sure that one plant will not be noticed by anyone.

Currently one oz of pot will land you in prison.

Just read that Traudeau mentioned that it WILL not be July 1, 2018.

But could be in the summer (?)        earlier or later ?

One can have 6 plants in the house LEGALLY.
