央街略影 the long yonge street in my eyes

young 街长而且直，TTC 站台遍布，是多市一道亮丽的风景线。
我的一位搞艺术的朋友曾说：你想要了解一座城市吧？那就用自己的脚去走走她的街吧！
于是我就去了。
我喜欢young街道的长和直，像一个直爽的小伙子。
我在young街住过，看过太多她的繁华的光影。
它像一个身穿彩衣的女人，喜欢繁华畏惧孤独。然而，孤独是一个人永远的朋友！你高朋满座，灯火酒绿，仍然难免感到一丝喧闹下的孤独。
它有自己的一段故事，或许，她也是夜的精灵，在夜晚show出你在白天不曾看到的舞姿。
她是美丽的，有街道两旁无数灯光，一道道灿烂的光幕不停变换着它的色彩。车水马龙，匆匆人群，人们像是来欣赏她似的。
她也是深邃的，你永远无法了解她的全部。街道两边的店面太多太多，我住在young街多年，也无法走遍所有的商店。就像一个女人的难以琢磨的内心。
她也是易变的，商店关了老的，开了新的。店员走了老的，来了新的。一个个赞新的店名露面的时候，谁又会关注那些店的前身。

她两旁的商店大多都是餐馆，bar之类的。中日韩西餐，什么都有。
从此可以看出来自亚洲的移民的美食之梦，对他们餐饮传统的怀旧和坚守，和他们从事其他行业的艰辛。
有一家名为“小面”的小小的面馆，装修很有情调，仿佛在诉说着一段历史情怀。
有点小意思！

Found out where the places are, one downtown dundas, one 3700 midland, one 5306 yonge.

舌尖上的嘿小面  Hednoodles.com .
Menu looks interesting indeed, will try the 3700 midland next time.
But these are franchises, so no consistency is assured.

But not bad though ?
I normally go to regular restaurant like Asian Legend,  Congee Queen.  But not exclusively noodles only.
Some host at dating shows owns one in Chung Hing.

sir, the "interesting  " feel customers feel is exactly the feel we need when operating a start-up business.
Asian legend, Congee Queen are big brand,historical businesses where they have steady customer flows and good reputation already. For start-up businesses, we need to create an ad-hoc , interesting and attractive sense to draw the eye balls of customers such that to fill the market gap and achieve customer acquisition.
After some while when the business have some customer base, the main focus of marketing should be shifted to customer retention. So effective management and innovation at work.
