try to impress them when u apply for a phd since they see you worked for google for a while.

remember, today is the times of big data , in the future, more and more computer programmers will be needed,
as said by ivanka trump as the daughter of trump (sir i know you do not like trump, but tolerate him for a moment) , the united states will give more stress on the education of Computer science. Perhaps in the near future, we will see all primary school students start to learn programming languages like c++ , java since 1st year in primary school.
