In order to differentiate one shop from another, one needs to provide additional service other than the products (here mm) such as trust (reasonable pricing) , credibility (faithful disclosure of product features) , customer services (ease of phone booking, timeliness of appointments, maintaining proper buffer for shift change from one client to another). Branding excellence is the strong point of APPLE and should be our goal. Sorry to say that their product innovation now is not that good but price is still maintained at high end.
Picture is just one part of the big pictures, but really a small part. If abused, it may not even get the client interested in future browsing of the product. So no client will even bother to check out anything from that shop. Remember it is OK to put some privacy on face to mask the person, but true picture though. |
