What is the difference between 粉腸 and 腸粉?

Yummy at Brimley and Sheppard has the thinner and what I call "wrinkle" version.
Loved the Dry Shrimp version and so did my Korean friend.

粉腸 = a funny person (Hongkongnese slang)
