年龄的影响确实很大，本人坚持健身10年+，20s一小时最高出过3次，一天4-5次轻松无压力。现在30s要看对手才能1H2发，一天最多只有3次了。

There is a trick to keep it hard after ejaculation. So no need of second time.

Learn to keep going for another 3-5 min even after you released. The reflex to relax will be suppressed and you can keep going until you stop the stimulation. i.e lie down and rest

You can practice this while masturbating or try it with a partner.

Once you get a hang of that, you may even be able to cum second time, without ejaculation though.
