That analogy is undeniable.. but don't forget the YMMV factor here.. like it all depends on the girl also, in 45 mins some bros can do 2 times and im sure the mm wouldn't mind if they liked them.. and also its possible for babyme/mmpleaser to spend 45 mins and not even do 1..

Please be respectful. And don't judge others on the basis of your own preferences. The guy who prefers paying for 45 minutes is not stupid, he just has different needs / priorities then you.
Some of us do not look at value strictly in terms of price/time/#shots. Some guys might find taking 2 shots within an hour to be too difficult but still enjoy paying for extra time spent cuddling and conversing with the MM after sex. Some guys find half hour to rushed to do everything (shower>foreplay>sex>shower).
Sometimes I go for 45 minutes on a repeat visit with a girl I like because I want to enjoy the session without time pressure. I don't want to be the asshole who knows it will overtime but too cheap to pay for the extra minutes and screws up the girl's schedule and keeps another bro waiting downstairs.

Notice some Ad copy now states 1 hr 1 shot, 1.5 hr 2 shots to protect the mm.
My opinion for mm is to better off taking 45 minutes session, rather than 60 if 2 shots were intended. Stressful both for mm and client as he had to produce enough energy to DO IT AGAIN SAM.
