bought one from CNE yesterday for just $1, it stops spinning after a while, i dont think it is supposed to stop and def did not help reliving the pressure since I am wondering when it will stop

You get what you pay for, sorry to tell you that.
Even Amazon USA sells those for $5 at least.
Some shops in Pacific mall is $10 , I think.
