感觉还是可以买。听几个中介朋友说的。绝大多数买房还是当地人或者长期居留的。新出的外地人买房多百分之15好像还可以不交如果打算长期待在加拿大。

If that is the case, is it negative impact to GTA market ?
Less money coming in, where is the price inflation for it with additional restriction by Ontario and Federal rules.
Banks are tightening the screws by verifying income, Home capital is kind of in trouble for subprime mortgages.

上个月刚买，感觉这个月的房价明显掉了不少。上个月在mls上看了一处 detached house 要价899，999， 这个月看到降了10w。。。现在一想自己的房子可能买亏了 希望从航院角度来看不受影响吧

不好说。。。估计会有，，毕竟在安省买房中国人是大头。。。然后限制后。。平民难点把。。当官的应该没影响

That is typical buyers remorse.
Even if the price remains stable, you will still "FEEL' it is bad.
It is all matters of human psychology.
I only remember my stock losses, never my wins over the years.

Being an official in China can be super corrupt (may be no longer with Xi in charge).
But in Canada, they do not make much relatively vs regular wage earner.  Not much corruption tolerated.
