i like how dream4u keep it simple with chinese only but unfortunately not all shops can mend for the quality price difference and need to branch out
This question has been asked many times before. You should read some of the other threads before asking.
A lot of shops aren't taking new customers lately due to recent robberies and beatings of the girls. If you are a new customer then they require you to be referred by a customer they know.
And don't bother asking someone here to refer you. The referral person has to actually know you and vouch for you. They can't just refer a random guy on the internet that they never met before.
