We need to find a way like Uber and Lyft.
Not only riders rate the DRIVER,
But internally driver rates the rider. So a bad rating for driver may have a rider refusing the bad driver (if not already fired). And a bad rating for RIDER could have NO Driver picking the rider (if not banned by the Uber or LYFT).

Issue with this business, names, phone numbers could ALL be phony.
