Suggestion for you clock watcher or accountant by profession.
Use the phone clock to set timer and start once you enter the unit, so accurate to the minute. Remember to allocate 5 minutes from booking time for shower and dress to leave.
Was thinking of using music during session to time the duration too. Once the end of certain song is reached, time is up. Go for shower and exit.
