There are still a lot but none of them are good. For the record, I haven't been to VG so I don't know for sure about this one.
These days, due to the law, and the market preferences, all the mid-tier to high-tier girls are all based in condos or hotels in a 1-on-1 setup because that is safer and more discreet.
Only lower-end MMs who are generally older will work in "fish tank" setups with multiple girls in one unit, and the reason they do this is to lower their operating costs and more importantly so that when a customer (who came because they got deceived by false/misleading ads) sees the MM and immediately wants to walk out, they can try to get them to check out the others in hope that one of them snags the client.
Fish tank setups are not advisable. Not only are the MM selection much worse than norm, the locations are usually (not always) at dirty disgusting units in old rundown buildings with moldy toilets and unclean beds. Furthermore, there is no privacy at all with people constantly coming in and leaving. You have to walk out to use a shared bathroom where other waiting customers can see u semi-naked and your valuables are left in the room where it my get stolen. And lastly, these setups have a much higher robbery rate than 1-on-1s.
Like I said though, I haven't been to VG and have nothing against them. Maybe they are the exception to what I have described, but what I described is the general rule based on my experience.
