Why different rates for AZN747 vs Backpage clients ?

Often find rates different for mm of same Phone number on 747 (more) than Backpage Ad.

As the phone number is the same, how would shop know what rates will be charged?

That is because on Backpage, anything goes. There's no moderator to warn advertisers to maintain at least a degree of realism for their ads, and there's no review feedback mechanism for customers who got ripped off to warn other bros. So advertisers don't give a shit, anything goes, fake pics, fake descriptions, completely ridiculous and over the top promises without a shred of truth.

Often the phone number will link to numerous Backpage ads (not just one). Those ads will show (supposedly) different girls with different attributes (some will claim to be chinese/japanese/korean/student/part-time/model/flight-attendent/etc), different photos (fake of course), range of prices..... in the end its all the same MM (typically a Chinese C9 working out of an old apartment who has no resemblance whatsoever to any of the many Backpage ads that all direct customers to her).

So to answer your question, Backpage ads show a different price because they advertise at different price levels to reach as broad a segment of customers as possible. Furthermore, those prices are not necessarily real prices, in the sense that when the customer arrives they can pad up the price by charging extra for menu items that are usually expected to be included. Think of it as a low-ball price from a shady salesman.

There's a couple of possible explanations.

The Backpage ad you found thru Google search with the phone number may not be an recent or active ad. Often these Asian indies will trade or sell their work phones (along with their phone number and contact lists) to another indy when they stop working or return to China. Therefore even though the phone number is the same, the MM will be different.

Many Asian indies also know that different customer demographics demand different services, thus they charge prices accordingly. Many non-Asian customers from Backpage just want a cheap fuck and are not demanding when it comes to service or menu items. Furthermore, these customers leave as soon as they get their release. Whereas Asian customers are more demanding when it comes to service and menu items. They also expect to stay the entire duration of the time they paid for even if they blow their load in the first 5 minutes. Therefore MMs charge them more.

They way the MMs differentiate is simply assuming that anyone who calls and speaks Chinese, or English with a heavy Chinese accent to be Chinese (and calling from 747), and all those who speak fluent English (or at least without a noticeable Chinese accent) to be non Asian calling from Backpage.
