Smartphone battery life

Just started buying smartphones last november (2016),  so far has 4 in possession.

Would you be able to comment on how long will the BATTERY last and what model?

That is your first hand experience.
My impression is 4 years of constant use.  So replecemnt cycle will be 4, as replacement battery will cost about $100, might as well as get a new phone when it happens.

It really depends how much apps and junk/spyware is on your phone, and how well you take care of your phone.

I always find iphones having longer battery life than android and like jason said it really depends how much apps you have on the phone.
