This is the MOST challenging street circuit in the world - narrow, UNFORGIVING, and that is why a consistent Monaco winner is considered the best driver of all times.

A.  Senna won 6 times at Monaco (no other driver has ever achieved that) not to mention a crash in the dying minutes of the race while leading.  That is why Senna is considered the best driver of all times!

Well, well, well, Hamilton probably will not be on the podium in Monaco because his car was not set up right and didn't even make it to Q-3.  He will be way down on the grid which is a disaster because Monaco's street course is narrow, difficult to overtake, so a good starting grid is important.

Kimi of Finland got the pole.

Start watching the race tomorrow at 0755.

Indy 500 will start at 1200.

Both races will have live telecast tomorrow.

The Monaco GP has ended.  Vettel, Raikkenen, Ricciardo.

It was a mini-disaster for MB, Bottas started at third, finished at 4th.  Hamilton started at 12th, finished in the points with 6th (that is quite an achievement considering that overtaking is almost impossible.)

MB will have pick up its game from now on or risk losing both the drivers and constructors' championship of 2017!

2017's Indy 500


There was a horrific accident involving Scott Dixon - a multiple winner at Indy.  I thought he would be killed, but all OK.

The race is still in progress.

I tried to reply you yesterday, then I lost my internet connection.  So, I am trying again.

Huge difference!

Vehicle weight is different, power output is different, driver skill is day and light.  Technologically, F1 is at least 5+ years ahead of Indy racing.

Indy racing is mostly done on oval tracks whereas F-1 is done on tracks which resemble a street design with left and right-hand turns, and hairpins (180 degree turns).

F1's pit crew can refuel + change all 4 tires in just over 3".  Indy's pit crew will take at least 12" to do the same thing.

F1 drivers can easily win at Indy if given identical cars (almost like university student Vs kindergarten kids in a debate).  F1 teams won't even consider Indy drivers as test drivers!

F1 is run in various countries around the world.  Indy is almost solely for the N. American market.

Top F-1 drivers faces are recognizable around the world.  Indy drivers are nobodies !
