Question:
1.  Is her English passable?  No communication is a non-starter for me.

Her English is very marginal, she understands basic English, but ur not gonna be able to have any deep heart-to-heart conversation with her for sure.

The place is an old apartment. Its clean, but no luxurious like those new condos. If u go during dinner time, there will be food smells of different nationalities (mostly Chinese & Ar Char) wafting through the hallways. Other times are ok. The garage is non-smoking area (guests & MMs have to smoke on the balcony).

Finally, i should mention that the keeper has been known to be pushy when it comes to trying to close a deal. I talked to her about that but old habits die hard. I think as long as u know wat u want, and wat u won't accept, and stand firm, hard-sell tactics may bit of annoyance but not a big problem.

New condos 既 luxurious........... (gym room, swimming pool) 我地又嚮受唔到.

New condos 既 luxurious......... 24 小時保安, 又成日受到果班驚死春袋會跌既人既投訴.

其實一般 apartment 就已經足夠........... 只要冇煙味就一般都應該算係可以接受.
