Make sure you got sign in name and unit number plus your plate number (do not think they really can use plate number.  But I am honest, so always true info).
Went there 8 times recently, once had to check in.

Why plate number? If not using car...can't get through main door?. Never been hunting in Markham.. Mostly in North york, RH

No main door had the buzzer removed LONG TIME ago (I actually saw the workman did it).
Only visitor via LL (underground).
Good question on car plate.  Yes you should be able to skip that.  Never thought of that, always drive.
If you are from downtown,  take the Go train or bus to Markham (near Y) and walk over, about 8 minutes to walk.
I would say location is really good for commuter.
Was thinking of getting an unit there, around 300k for one bedroom unit.
Very nice place,  just TOO MUCH LOVE there.

Any secure place you go to visit for work need to be signed in.. get a temp badge too.
