Real estate is stationary, does not move, God does not make land anymore.
Car depreciates, moves, contantly changing, cause accidents, pretty soon NOT going to be sitting 95% of time sitting in the House garage or Work parking spot. Thanks to Uber, Lyft, Grab, Didi (china) etc.
Utilization of rate for cars will go up from 5% to whatever. We may need LESS CARS.

My english is not good, that is a major barrier for me
but you know want, a lot of clients who wanna buy or rent do not speak fluent english either.
