This is a follow-up to the above.

I took a short cut, I used water melon juice only, no boiling, also no white portion of the skin/peel. I kept drinking this water melon juice whenever I am thirsty and this went on for several weeks.

Result?

I got hard on almost every night, that is unusual for a wolf of my age. I feel "very ripe" water melons worked better than ripe water melon.

The down side of this recipe is that I need to use the bathroom for major business twice as often than not taking water melon juice. So, if you drink water melon juice often, make sure that you are close to a toilet!

I drank about 3 because I kept the water melon juice at home.

Also don't expect to have immediate effect. The "replenishment" process continued for a few weeks for it to strengthen my "inner system", then all of a sudden, it came!
