Not to make fun of the situation but OP may have a social anxiety problem. Maybe awkward in social situations?

Definitely need to see someone you can communicate with (ie. white agencies).
This IMO is first and foremost the most important thing in your case. You don't want awkwardness of your first time PLUS the awkwardness of your social ineptness PLUS the awkwardness of not being able to communicate.

You want to have a good time, not a double/triple awkward time.

Anyway, just my advice but it is ultimately OP's decision.

This is a dump idea, if you have a good experience, your might fall into the 小姐， if you have bad experience, you will have yourself a scar for long time. Hunting is not for TVB(the virgin boy)

Reminded me a story that got me into this hobby...
