okay, so technically this is not a review cuz I did not make it to see mona@babyface. Appointment was booked at 7 and I got there just on time. I sat in my car waiting for someone to contact me. Guess what , nobody contacted me at all. Their phone won't be answered so I booked this appointment through wechat later nobody gave a reply anymore. since I did not see her at all so the rank is as below.
Face 0 did not see anything
Body 0 same as face. It's a blackhole in my imagination
Service -10 nobody served and felt like being juked
Attitude -10 for the keeper.
Repeat have not tried yet.

The lesson is don't book thru Wechat. Usually only scammers use Wechat because its free, convenient, and totally anonymous. Some legit garages sometimes use it for convenience (which is foolish on their part because they are letting scammers blend in with them); in fact some scammers use fake accounts to pretend to be legit agencies. Therefore, booking by phone is much more reliable. If their phone is unanswered then best bet is to call back later instead of trying to use other methods.
Also, please make your titles clear (I have changed your's). If its not a report then don't make the title sound like a report. We require that titles be very clear/specific so that members scrolling thru pages of content can effectively find what the info they need.
