This business is brutal indeed.
One has to present some attraction to operate.
Case in point.   New shop Princess Dorm just announced 2 days weekend opening.  Then only one day.
Next thing you know Vacation off.
The main strong points are fresh and young and supposedly good figure.  If true, should get some volume initially.
Pity.   At least fixed cost of work place is not needed.

Actually just curious why just opened and stop operating, wonder why.  Is the market brutal or priced out of the market with high rates?

I think you are onto something.
Similar MO,  300/hr, only PT,  Markham (close to school,residence?).  No funny girly twin pony tail but close enough.
Good detective work.
Now could you move Masy out of that Hotel please?  I checked the walk I need to perform from McDonald to Hotel.  It is quite a distance.  But I would still hesitate to pay $2, actually then save $300 as a result.  No Masy for me.
