I think you're all getting the wrong. After going through the forum I can certainly see how your concerns are raised. I don't post often and when I do it's usually something positive. I try to keep my negative experiences to myself, because it could just be a bad day for me, for the mm, etc. I don't usually like to write a negative review because there's just too many factors that can cause the negativity and other wolfs experiences may differ based on themselves.

This situation however is just nothing to do with the mms or myself, it's the organization and I don't want other bros wasting their time and money with a shop that doesn't seem to care about us. Hopefully they get new management.

If I remember correctly there was one more report on the same keeper a while ago (maybe 2-3 months??) and it got removed. Maybe that was why others were hesitant to post about it until this past week.
