I know of girl that has a small basket in the room where she ask the client to put everything in there like wallet, phone etc and then she covers it with a small towel!.
The first time I asked her why was that and she said that was the reason! People take pictures or film.

Haha maybe book her for whole day and go outside and have fun no lights needed. Ya parking is easy street parking or there's a parking lot too outside the building maybe 1-2 min walk. Interesting never had a girl with the basket lol feels like airport security but I just leave my phone in their night stand where they can see so they feel more comfortable.
