Start by seeing a few other MM and create a presence. Show that you are a clean, nice gentleman with no crazy fetishes.
There are MMs at gweilo agencies that have a social media (twitter) presence. See them once or twice and ask if they can be your reference. A reference from a well known MM makes a big difference.
Basically WE choose MM by looking at pictures, reviews, what service provided etc. on here.
A reference is basically the same thing but in the MM's perspective. They want to know a little about us too before they see us.
