Ohhh then it's a big no no on their part, personal communication on company hours.
And bad etiquette, pho e person should not initiate contact with clients. What happens if client is with wife or GF and she read flirty texts.
Very unprofessional.
But fun nonetheless.
It's the garage owner that will need to talk to his phone girls about this.
