Any MM with slim waist (A4腰) ?

Now they are talking about actress with A4 waist.
My understanding is A4 is 8.5 width (other side the letter size is 11) is 2 times 8.5.  Basically 17 inches.
Who really got that kind of waist?
Is my understanding correct?  If so, which MM has that measurement???

On second thought,  I was using a 2 D assumption of human waist.  Which is Incorrect.
If the depth is 3 inches on both sides.  A4 8.5 + 3 times 2 will be 23 inches.  Right?
So most K mm will fit into this size if their PUBLISHED waist numbers are right.
