I text them and I always get a reply, even if the girl is fully booked. Are you calling during rush hour?? Might be the problem. I usually call early afternoon. Also, check if you're texting the right number lol.
I never had any problem booking with BH (always by text). In fact , he gives the address right away when booking. This is different from other shops that give you the address only on the day of the appointment if you pre-book.
There is only one thing I found with BH's website. When I try to open it on my playbook, it is extremely slow. I do not have difficulties in opening it on a computer, nor difficulties in opening other shops' webpages on the playbook.
Experienced and good owners always take call for 1st time clients for an initial screen especially for booking of "prized assets" unless it's a slow business day and willing to take a risks at the expense of mm safety.
