Interesting jobs: driver for Drunk Driver

Apparently Shanghai has entrepreneurs getting jobs as Driver for Drunk Driver to take them home.  Riding on portable razor bikes (foldable) to take drivers to their home after drinking.  Put their bike in trunk, and then try to find a way back to their downtown location to work again or just go home.
Why do car drivers not taking subway and taxi back home is beyond me.  Any qualification for the drivers got to be resident of Shanghai and 5 years clean driving records.

You drived the car to drink somewhere, then you do not want ur car parking there overnight
So you need a sub driver to drive u home

one time my friend left early from karaoke, we found him a few hours later when we were leaving passed out on the lawn

No we are talking some driver taking you and your car home.
It would not be practical if you live around suburb.  Ok within city of Toronto, downtown area, short distance.
