Have seen Sunny a couple of time.  Very friendly and nice woman.  Thought she  was very attractive.  Service is also very good.  Definitely in the top 10 of Koreans SP's currently here.

Under ground parking is tricky. I couldnt find the entrance couple of times. to be safe, just park on the street. buzz in. security did not ask questions.
