Let me guess, it's one specific MM that's sinking you other than many MMs? The sinking power of one single beloved MM is a lot stronger. But sometimes it's too tough to admit to sinking to one specific MM.

And you try to go to other MMs so you can miss her less, but every time you see other MMs it makes you sad amd empty afterwards, and u realize only she can fulfill your emotional needs and miss her more ....
There is no cure to this, at least I haven't found it... u need to make her less important in your life somehow...

As much as we all visit this forum, one thing that really, really helps is to avoid all these review forums both Asian and gweilo.  This will stop you from reading about which MMs are good and bad plus you don't get to click on agency sites to see the schedules.  The next move is to erase all the phone numbers from the call log and text messaging of all the agencies from your phone.  Then I agree with advice where you beat airplane but every night for 4 straight weeks so you cannot raise flag anymore.

oh how can i forget medicine, I still have those antidepressents  pills doctors give me,
it is a quick fix , with some suppoed side effect though.

Yes.  Recently, too many of these "promotion" type posts.  This makes 747 used to be a reliable source of info  to a useless promotion platform.
