Nothing to do with the stock market.
It is my principle of not spending what is needed, including MM.
A penny saved is more than a penny earned (tax you know).  I would rather tip the wait staff more than paying more for expensive dishes just to show off or waste money.

Those expensive dishes are important for me. it is a way to differentiate a person with others.
See Who line up in McDonald, those poor and cheap.
See WHo dine in Fancy restaurant, with suit and tie.
