If over 10 k undeclared, you are in trouble and money gone to customs too. Same with US customs .

Sorry sir. I am still confused. If one brings cash under 10 k CAD cash, then he does not need to declare??. but if over 10 K , then he needs to declare?
There does not exist an upper limit for cash bringing ? So i can bring let's say a huge amount of cash from shanghai to toronto?
