After rant from a NorthEast girl about her unable to get a registration for her sick dad /mom shown on CCTV finally gets something done.

It is not believable that there is only scalpers at work.  Not a single hospital security staff or workers involved.

BULL SHIT.

I ranked her as high as the tank man in doing something about righting the wrong.

The vidio was on CCTV 13 again and again while I was in Shenzhen.

It was rated number 1 video on social network sites over there.

But for some reason, I cannot find it on Google or Baidu.

You hear about doctor and nurse taking red pocket in order to perform any service.  But the scalper did not service whatsoever.  

Please arrest some Hospital Security Staff TOO.

You know, the scalper is called 黄牛 in China, and is actually quite common.
Once when i was in Beijing, upon a popular singer started his performance, a few scalpers pop up on the street near the stadium to sell ticket in high price to me. Oh holy sxxt, this is so low and actually is illegal.
In order to profit , to make money, they do not care about morality any  more.
I do not want to be ripped off by them, I ran away from those sxxt men.
i hate this kind of behavior in China. Money is important, but morality is important too. You cannot sacrifice morality to make money.

the same situation with buying train ticket before 春运 (upon spring festival)。一票难求.
you also have to buy train ticket from those scalpers. I hate this. It sucks. destroys my happy mood going home. The air ticket situation much better though.

But without this girl ranting, may be nothing will be done with those ASS HOLES in power.
How can there be no security from Hospital involved.  President Xie should be interested in this.  Same as regular Corruption.  GOD damned iot.
In this case, someone who wants to see doctor, even though one needs to pay red pocket to get service.

But has something to do with the remuneration of workers,  same as Party Secretary making 7000 RMB for work that deserves a lot more pay.  Low pay and therefore corruption.
You see Metro police being corrupt that often.  They make more money than lots of people with their OT, sitting in courts doing nothing.

One more thing.
In china, "relationship"关系guanxi is very important. Without guanxi, you cannot go far.
If you want to go to 上海华山医院, the registration is also hard like a hell.
Without guanxi , what can you do?? wait in the long line for years until your ill father dead at home?
That sucks,  with good guanxi , you will have easy access to health care, education and many others.
Without guanxi, you 处处碰壁. work, school, hospital , everywhere.
this is chinese society 人治 instead of 法制, people-governed instead of law-governed.
This system brings winners and losers. Winners are those who have guanxi, loser those do not have.
You wanna change this , so do it. But
it is hard to change. need time. it is a cultural thing. deep rooted in the society.
It could be changed if not impossible, but you know it is certainly not an overnight thing.
