China encourage Potato as staples

Due to the efficiency of Potato farming (use 30% water vs Rice and Wheat) China Govt is encouraging the growing and consumption of Potato.

Water is an issue for China, considered the South Water reverted to North  (Beijing etc).

Also Potato is better in terms of calories and vitamain.

So Bro be prepared to eat more French Fries and all dishes cooked with Potato.

(depending on the spices, they can be very delicious)

I have tried once at a friend's home and they tasted great but then I have also tried it out and the taste is not to my liking. Different style.

Never had it.  But I do not think that I will like it.

But potato chips are better than french fry for me.  Do not have to worry about it, as a matter eathing Kettle Cooked one RIGHT NOW.

Wow, you never tried these?
Tho I don't like the Sichuan style, that spicy/sour flavour is just weird for me.
I remember my friend made some non-spicy and non-sour ones and they were so good.

May be Chinese Macdonalds should serve this rather than french fries.  LoL.  and then expand its menu in US and Canada.
What do you think?  Let's get a job in Chicago Macdonald U  kitchen to push this.

Water issue to replace rice and wheatu
Not for tastes.  Pure survival issue.
Just like one child policy .
