American no culture.   Look at dead locked political system.  Agenda in congress always kick the can down the road.  Review the budget after a few days, months not even years.   Nothing get done.   A few crazy Republican s can hijack govt.  Now crazy Trump and worse Cruz fellow LOONIE or should be say Lunatic Harvard and Prinston product  !!!!!!!!
