This subject was raised & discussed before but I had my experience only recently.

She was impolite and had a "couldn't care less" attitude.  I got the impression that she was telling me "If you don't like it, take your business somewhere else and shove it!"

Could Brothers share their experiences, happy or otherwize?

Nope, I just called her and told me to text me if any cancels of you know, any day and any time. She seem sweet and nice.

Anyways I have my personal reasons' doubt that she is back, it will only change when I finally see her.

They have a database with customer segmentation & intelligence with risk profiles and loyalty frequent flyer programs.   When its not busy or opening slot available they are opportunistic with newbies or infrequent flyers?
