Damn right.  
Shenzhen is having a big TYPHOON weather in hunting.  Lots of places are closed to avoid issues.  No one is trying to do anything until after Sprint Festival.
I guess I may have to go and check out visually only.  No reason to go to jail for stupid reasons.

So TO bro , rejoice and have a staycation instead, no vacation back in Motherland now.
Just saw 7 high officials in China got into trouble for the following violations
1. Travel using Public funds.
2. Playing Golf.
3. Events such as death, birth, marriage etc to pocket money.
4. Marriage infidelity.
5. Possible bribes.
6. Dinner using public funds.
Anti Corruption is in FULL force from the Chairman.

What is this ranking?  Quality, LE policy value or something else??  America is of lower value.
We need the legend to go with this statement.   Like higher is better or the other way around.

it's a combined ranking. so in general, and all elements/things taken into consideration

price, risk, convenience, mm's physical rating, service rating, hygiene...etc
