Money first is always a big turn off, but I can understand, especially when the MMs are meeting new customers for the first time.
When a MM asks for money first, I will tell her money up front is not a problem, if we meet again & she asks for money first, she is off my list. Subsequently,I will tell the keeper about it too.

Consider me odd, I am old old customer, never asked by MM money first. But I volunteer money and tip first. MM got their money so there is no reason not to serve me well? I learn this from my friend, he tip the waiter first before order food, that way he always get good service.
For most of all business transactions that takes place in this planet we normally pay after the job is done.
Why in this business should be any different?
Of course if I am satisfy I will always tip.
