I visited this spa recently, the environment inside made me very unconformtable, not clean, messy. the lady is ok, but for sure I will never visit again.
Some newer spa is clean, make you feel it is safe. I only visited 2 spa so far, I was very very disappointed about the environment inside Lulu, dirty...
Agreed on newer spas. And their schedule is quite accurate knowing when which attendents are working that day. Of the few SPA I visited, they are great.
Most spas in scarborough and downtown areas are older and not as grandeur as newer spas in markham and richmond hill. After you hunt more you will know what to expect.

I like Nana.. but true, I didn't really visit her since she opened purple. Only sometime when I m free early afternoon. Unfortunately, I usually free in the evening and that plaza, or lulu villa both packed
