I think an overnighter is a waste as well.  Not all overnighters, but an overnighter with a working MM.  I don't even understand how it would work.  Is the garage going to take the girl off schedule early and give her a day off the day after?  I certainly don't want to be the man stuck in the middle of two 12 hours swifts!  Imagine showing up at 1am haha!  And how ready would the SP be to perform?
