If the owner of this website don't want people to visit for getting information only, PLEASE give the notice that ONLY allow people provide reports (even fake reports!).
I am a consumer to the industry but not the share holder of this website.
Do I visit all commercial website MUST purchasing something???

Actually, one of our long-standing policies is that we welcome questions, but not lazy/ignorant questions that could easily be answered if you are willing to put forth a little effort/research. Therefore, please don't ask for info that is available and can easily be searched.
Secondly, there is no absolute rule that only those who can contribute can ask questions. However the forum is a community, and just like in a real-life community, it is very normal for those who contribute to be upset at free-loaders and leechers. Therefore, we encourage everyone to participate and contribute their fair share.
Lastly, we have a Forum Rules post which we expect members to respect and obey. Especially members who have registered for a long time have no excuse not to know the rules (apart from laziness and outright disrespect). The use of red fonts is reserved for admin's use. Violation of these rules are subject to penalty at admin's discretion.
Hope you understand what I have said. As for your comment about not visiting this website; that is entirely up to you to stay or leave. However we hope that you will not be one of those cheap guys who just act proud and say they won't come back, but secretly still come back here to leech information and use our resources.
