i think you are scared by google search. they sure makes everything sound scary. Speak to your family physician or a doctor at a sex clinic, they will let you know BBBJ is quite low in risk.

other than being a monk in the mountain who even quits masturbation, nothing is 100% safe. you may be infected with aids even if you wear a condom. (improper use or broken condom). you may even get a yeast from uninitialized masturbation or dirty bath tub. you may get hepatitis from kissing a carrier if you were not vaccinated/immunized. my point was not promoting unsafe practice of sex, i'm simply saying act with reasonable caution and enjoy your hobby, or what's the point being here?
